Find out how to eat Low Carb and healthy and the many benefits it brings. It is intended to hold this in a local restaurant or shop where Low Carb food can be cooked and eaten.

Mini Consultations
Mini consultations days at held from time to time in either a pharmacy or in the Urban Co-Op Limerick. In 2019 consultations were held in McCormacks Pharmacy, Ballylanders, Co. Limerick and Lloyds pharmacy Castletroy, Limerick. Mini consults are mainly about diet and lifestyle advice and maybe a supplement suggestion. They also allow you to discover a bit more about Nutritional Therapy before you book a full consultation.
They cost €20 for 20mins. If a full consultation is booked within the following month this €20 is deducted from the cost.
