What to do if you think Nutritional Therapy can help you?
If you want to know more then please contact Eileen Hannon on 086 815 5584 for a 10min chat to see if she can help you. If you would like a consultation then a Health Questionnaire will be sent to you either by email or post. When this has been received and checked, Eileen will contact you to make an appointment.
Consultations are at Urban Co-Op Limerick or by phone or skype.

What to expect at a consultation
Eileen will go through your medical history with the help of the questionnaire and some further questions in order to access your current health status. A personalised plan will be devised which will be tailored to your health needs and goals. This includes healthy foods, foods to avoid, menus, supplements and lifestyle advice.
Where necessary we will also advise taking supplements in safe doses eg probiotics, vitamins or minerals to help with certain symptoms or optimise nutritional status. However, food is always the main part of the protocol. Some tests may be advised if appropriate.
